The Bell Tower Festival in Jefferson continues throughout the weekend.

The morning highlights for today include the Jefferson Firemen’s Breakfast, the Ding Dong Dash, and the Jefferson Rotary Parade. Plus, there will be free carnival rides from 9am to 9pm. Raccoon Valley Radio’s Big Red Radio will also be broadcasting live from 9am to 6pm today.

The afternoon highlights are the plaza stage entertainment, which will be right after the parade, followed by the Bill Riley Talent Show. Musical entertainment includes two religious bands playing from 3 to 5:30pm and the headliner, Arch Allies, will be the beverage garden starting at 9pm.

A reminder that the Jefferson Municipal Pool will not open until 1pm and the Jefferson Public Library is not open at all today.

Sunday activities start with the Kids Free Fishing Derby at Spring Lake Park. There will also be the art show from 1 to 4pm at the Greene County Historical Museum and a matinee showing of History Boy Theatre’s production of “Hands on a Hardbody.”
