Much of the state is under a slight risk for severe weather for Friday.

According to the National Weather Service, Greene, Dallas and Guthrie counties are all under a slight risk for severe weather today. The primary threats with the potential of severe weather include large hail, high and damaging winds and possible isolated tornadoes. The peak times for severe weather are predicted to be between 3 and 11pm.
