A picnic to honor and remember, Jean Fisher, 94, of Carroll, formerly of Jefferson, will be Saturday from 2 pm to 4 pm at Hyde Park in Carroll.  Please bring a dish to share.  Survivors include:  Children, Denise Fisher of Scranton and Dennis Fisher of Arkansas.
