There will then be a change order, pay request, and certificate of completion for the sanitary sewer improvements project. In new business, the Council will consider an application from the Perry Grand 3 Theater for an urban renewal loan for a server replacement. Also related to urban renewal, the Council will approve the fiscal year 2018 annual urban renewal report.

Other items on the agenda include: a resolution to approve installation of a three-foot fence in the City’s right of way for the downtown Wobbly Boots restaurant; appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission; setting a public hearing on entering into a loan and disbursement agreement for a sanitary sewer extension; and a series of resolutions approving the surface and overhead aviation and offer to purchase in the vicinity of the Perry Municipal Airport.
