The Greene County School District has a new head varsity football coach.

Caden Duncan has accepted an offer to be the new Rams head football coach, along with being a middle school physical education instructor and strength and conditioning coordinator. He currently teaches 7th through 12th grade PE and health at Panorama Schools, while also coaching football and track, and serving as their strength and conditioning coordinator.

He is in his third year of teaching and has served as an assistant coach for high school sports for Southeast Valley and Panorama for six years. Duncan is a Prairie Valley High School graduate and played football for two years at Upper Iowa University.

Duncan takes over the Rams football program from Mitch Moore who resigned in December to be the head football coach at Des Moines Roosevelt.
