The Perry Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner is less than a month away, and nominations are now open for the Business and Volunteer of the Year Awards.

Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says it may not seem like the event is imminent, but the reality is that April 2nd will be here before they know it. “It is coming, and it is happening, and we’re well on our way for making that another successful event for our members to come together and celebrate the successes of the last year, and look forward to what’s coming. And so it’s just a matter of getting some of those final pieces together. We’ll be rolling out formal invitations to our members this coming week, and just kind of really getting the ball rolling and the excitement.”

The Annual Dinner will be held Tuesday, April 2nd at 5:30 p.m. at La Poste. As for the awards, Chamber and community members can nominate businesses for the Spirit of Perry Business of the Year, and individuals for the Jack Finneseth Memorial Volunteer of the Year. Last year’s winners were Ben’s Five and Dime and Andrea Tunink, respectively. Nominations are due by March 15th and can be submitted to the Chamber office in the Towncraft Building, by email at PerryChamber@perryia.org, or by clicking the link below.
