Perry Lutheran Homes will be offering the next program in their Aging Well Lunch and Learn seminar series soon, with a focus on maintaining perspective while aging.

The seminar will be led by Toni Larson, a Clinical Social Worker for PLH and the Director of Counseling for Lutheran Family Services. She will take attendees through different ways to navigate the journey of aging in a positive light, and will be aided by the book “The Gift of Years: Growing Older Gracefully,” by Joan Chittister. One attendee will also receive a free copy of the book to take home and share with others. The seminar will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at noon in the Community Dining Room at the PLH Spring Valley Campus. There is no cost to attend, and lunch will be provided. Registration is requested so organizers can get an accurate count for the meal.

For more information or to register, reach out to PLH Director of Marketing Mollie Clark by phone at 712-450-0191, or by email at MClark@perrylutheranhomes.org.
