A Celebration of Life service for Tim Harney, 58, of Granger, will be Thursday, March 28th at 10:30 am at the Lutheran Church of Hope in Grimes.  Burial will be in the Beaver Catholic Cemetery near Granger.  Visitation with the family present will be Wednesday, March 27th from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Iles-Westover Chapel in Des Moines.  Contributions may be made to the family for a memorial to be directed later.  Survivors include:  Wife, Sue.  Children, Abbie Williams of Woodward, T J Schouten of Dallas Center, Heather Caleron of Grimes, Kayla Hillenga of Aviano, Itlay and Whitney Griffin of Indianola.  10 grandchildren.  Father, Larry Harney of Granger.  Brothers, Rick Harney of Runnells and Tom Harney of Granger.
