P David Jay Salgado, age 46 of 516 Main St., Adel was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of driving while license denied.

Judith Gonzalex-Ballesteros, age 18 of Storm Lake was traveling in the 16000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.
