Funeral services for Horace Hedges, 104, of Jefferson, will be Tuesday, April 9th at the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson.  Burial will be in the Jefferson Cemetery.  Friends are invited to visit with the family one hour prior to the service.  Memorials are suggested to the Greene County Christian Action Resource Center or Long Term Care at the Greene County Medical Center.  Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson is assisting the family.  Survivors include:  Daughters, Jo Anne Smith of Owings, Maryland and Karen Jackson of Fort Dodge.  Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
