Johan Aerts, age 42 of 31334 Chardonnay Pt., Waukee was cited and released for interference with official acts.

Renea Foster of Dallas Center was traveling south in the 25000 block of Quinlan Ave., when she lost control on loose gravel and rolled the vehicle into the ditch. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4500.00.

Gerald Alexander Nussbaum, age 37 of 118 East 33rd St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
