The ADM Boys’ Soccer team was in action on Friday night in Earlham as the Tigers took on Winterset. ADM fell on Friday by the score of 2-3.

The Tigers struck first when Maddox Artzer assisted Josh Pike for the first goal of the game and ADM took a 1-0 lead into the intermission. Sadly, multiple defensive errors were committed by ADM early in the second half which allowed Winterset to gain a 3-1 lead, and the Tigers were never able to fully recover.

Pike narrowed the gap for the Tigers with a second goal with just 3 minutes left in regulation, but ADM couldn’t complete the comeback, as the game ended 3-2 in favor of Winterset.

ADM will look to rebound on Friday night at home against Bondurant-Farrar, as the Tigers have only three games remaining on their regular season schedule before District play begins on May 20.
