Richard Carl Green, age 38 of 2928 Rutland Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for sentencing-original charge of OWI.

Lisa Jones of Madrid was traveling west in the 25000 block of 130th St., when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4000.00.

Mark Easley of South Sioux City, NE., was traveling near the 113 mile marker of Interstate 80 when his left front tire blew out sending his truck into the cable barriers. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and $1000.00 to the cable barriers.

Sean Jay Bremholm, age 52 of 1202 Sunnywood Ave., Council Bluffs was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of operating a commercial vehicle when disqualified.
