Funeral Services for Chase Flack, 26, of Ames, formerly of Jefferson, will be Friday, June 7th at 10 am at the Greene County Middle School Gym.  Burial will be in the Dodge Township Cemetery in Guthrie County.  Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 5 pm to 8 pm at the middle school gym.  Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson is assisting the family.  Memorials may be directed to the Chase Flack Memorial Fund and left at the Home State Bank in Jefferson.  Online condolences may be left at sliningerschroeder.com.  Survivors include:  Parents, Brenda and Craig Flack of Jefferson.  Siblings, Clint Flack of Jefferson, Chelsea Flack of Ames and Chantel Flack of Ames.  Grandparents, Jeanette and Tom Flack of Jefferson.
