adm-7

The ADM Tigers Baseball team picked up its fifth straight victory on Monday night in Adel. Winterset came to town for a Raccoon River Conference match-up with the Tigers.

The game was originally scheduled for 7:30pm first pitch, but a late change moved up the start time to 6:00pm, due to impending weather moving into the area.  The rain did move into the area shortly after 6:00pm, and the game was sent into a rain delay for about 25 minutes.

Logan Crannell was on the mound for ADM last night, and his pitching effort was stellar, to say the least.  Crannell had struggled in his first two starts of the year, but he certainly showed his abilities on the mound in the win against Winterset.  Crannell pitched 6 and 2/3 innings last night, as Kolton Benz was brought out for the final out in the top of 7th inning to get the save.

ADM improves to 5-2 overall, and 3-0 in the Raccoon River Conference.  The Tigers are back in action tomorrow night on the road in Ogden.
