Perry junior Keeghan West went six strong innings Thursday night as Ballard scored five unearned runs in defeating the Bluejays 6-2 in Raccoon River conference baseball.  West was able to fight though some control issues early in the game in scattering just three hits and allowing one earned run.  He finished with three strikeouts.  Kaleb Olejniczak and Justin Stammer scored the Perry runs while West had the only RBI for Perry on a squeeze play.  Perry remains winless in conference play and will travel to Gilbert on Tuesday.
