After a low scoring opening three innings, Perry let a lead slip by late as Gilbert defeated the Jayettes 9-4 in non conference softball.  Perry actually led at 2 different junctures but the Tigers took the lead for good in the bottom of the 4th inning.  Jayna Kenney took the loss for Perry throwing six innings and allowing 10 hits and 1 walk and four earned runs.  Lydia Olejniczak led the way for Perry with a couple of hits and a pair of stolen bases.  Adrianna Eastman finished with two hits and Peyton Tunick added a RBI single.

Perry falls to 3-11 and will travel to top ranked ADM tonight on KDLS with Shawn Kenney.
