Ryan Duffy, age 33 of 1144 SE Mapleleaf Ave., Waukee was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on the original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault, 2nd offense.

Dillon W. Lester of 5012 SW 8th St., Des Moines was traveling southbound on K Ave and attempted to turn eastbound on Old Hwy 6 when he collided with a car driven by Baerbel Markus of 8217 Maple Court, Dexter. Markus was traveling westbound on Old Hwy 6. Lester did not stop at stop sign before entering the intersection . After Markus’ vehicle struck Lester’s, Lester’s vehicle struck a vehicle coming eastbound on Old Hwy 6, driven by Timothy J. Andrews of 19025 Jewell Pl., Perry. The driver and passenger in Lester’s vehicle were both transported to the hospital. Markus had minor injuries but refused medical treatment. Andrews did not have any injuries. Estimated damage to Lester’s vehicle is $6000.00. Estimated damage to Markus’ vehicle is $15,000.00. Estimated damage to Andrew’s vehicle is $5000.00. Mr. Lester was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield the right of way.

Nathan Vincent Nicolino, age 34 of 1319 Main St., Adel was arrested on a warrant for burglary 3rd Degree.
