Nicholas Keith Clayton, age 30 of 502 E. 4th St., Woodward was arrested on a warrant for theft 3rd degree.

Megan Janae Tingwald, age 45 of 1708 Otley, Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of possession of controlled substance 1st offense.

Joseph Allen Shepperd of 315 Elm St., Van Meter was traveling south on Hwy 169 near the interstate 80 interchange. Aaron Christopher Swales of 116 5ht Ave. NW vehicle was stopped, waiting to turn onto the eastbound interstate 80 entrance ramp. Mr. Shepperd advised that he was distracted by talking on his cell phone and struck Mr. Swales’ vehicle from behind. No injuries were reported. Estimated damage to Shepperd’s vehicle is $2000.00 and Swales’ estimate is $1500.00.

Nicholas Charles Bronnenberg, age 31 of 17628 142nd Place, Perry was arrested for OWI and cited for failure to maintain control.

Kelvin Daron Rainey, age 20 of 3609 E. 41st St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for theft 3rd Degree.

Joseph David Watznauer of 10203 NW 107th Pl., Granger was traveling north on T Ave. He possibly fell asleep and he lost control of his vehicle in the east ditch and then he tried to correct this and lost control, crossing the highway and entering the west ditch, coming to a stop down into a timber area. No injuries reported. Estimated damage to the vehicle is $7000.00.

Matthew William Wesley Farrell, of 207 Birch Ave., Yukon was traveling westbound on 230th St. Mr. Farrell stated he fell asleep and when he awoke he slammed on his breaks causing him to slide into the ditch striking a MidAmerican utility pole, causing it to snap off. No injuries were reported. The estimated damage to the vehicle is $ 4000.00 and the damage to the pole is estimated at $4000.00. Farrell was cited for failure to maintain control.

Mariah Ann Sellers, of 715 Cottage St., Adel was traveling west on Hwy 6 when her vehicle struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries reported. Estimated damage to the vehicle is $5000.00.

Cooper Ray Bower, age 23 of 1403 Aspen Dr., Adel was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original arrest for driving under suspension.

Jeremy James Frame, age 21 of 320 Nile Kinnick Dr. N., Adel was arrested for driving while license is denied or revoked and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ismael Castillo, age 22 of 3712 148th St., Midlothian, IL was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Emmanuel Castillo, age 23 of 638 E 114th St., Whiting, IN was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Samuel Lee Saveraid, age49 of 1016 ½ Grove St., Adel was arrested for OWI 1st offense.
