The West Central Valley Wildcats Softball team ended its season on Monday night in defeat at the hands of Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center.

For the third time, in three tries, AC/GC downed West Central Valley in softball on Monday, 9-0.

Taryn Fell’s team ended the season with a 5-25 record, that was hindered by defensive miscues throughout the season.  West Central Valley ended the season with more than 135 errors, which averages to nearly 5 errors per game.

With that being said, West Central Valley Softball has reason to believe that brighter days are ahead for Wildcats softball.  Emma Johnson and Jenna Merical will both return next season, and those two led the Wildcats offense with batting averages over .350 for the season.
