Regan Pals of West Des Moines was traveling south near the intersection of Mills Civic and Grand Prairie Pkwy., when she dropped something and reached down to pick it up which caused her to rear end a vehicle driven by Lesa Downing of Creston. Waukee EMS checked both drivers out. Damage to Pals vehicle estimated at $2000.00 and$1000.00 to Downing’s. Pals was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Arthur Roeding of Urbandale was traveling south on W Ave., when he slowed down for a car making a turn onto 250th St., and was rear ended by a vehicle driven by Graceann Kruse of Dallas Center. Kruse was taken to the hospital by her mother. No injuries to Roeding. Damage to Roeding’s vehicle estimated at $2000.00 and $3000.00 to Kruse’s. Kruse was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Alison Brianne Schwartz, age 31 of 117 West Spring, Colfax was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Samuel Hernandez Ramirez, age 36 of 2801 1st Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of OWI.

Austin Jacob Foust, age 22 of 1001 Collins Dr., Waukee was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of unauthorized use of credit cards.
