Two local residents were recently announced as appointments to Iowa’s Children’s Behavioral Health System Board.

Governor Kim Reynolds announced Thursday that Shanell Wagler of Panora and Darci Alt of Redfield have been appointed to the Board, which will facilitate the coordination of the state’s recently created Children’s Mental Health System. The appointments are subject to Senate confirmation in the 2020 legislative session. Reynolds signed a bill into law last May to create and fund this system and board.
