As ADMs cross country team continues to gear up for the 2019 fall season, they are fortunate to have a lot of resources at their disposal. While many teams might only have one or two routes they might take everyday during practice, for the Tigers, the options are truly unlimited.

Of course the Tigers have state of the art facilities and weight room to get the runners ready for the season. They also have access to the Raccoon River Valley Trail, which allows the runners to pick different routes to run on every single day. One day they might take a route over to Waukee, the next to Dallas Center, then maybe a route over to Redfield.

Doing the same route and routine over and over can get old for an athlete of any age, but maybe even more to an athlete at the high school age. Though it might not seem like a big deal, runners getting to experience a wide variety of trails and workouts will allow them to improve over the long run, which is good news for this cross country team.
