Panorama assistant baseball coach and current Simpson football player Jeramy Randol spoke with Raccoon Valley Radio on Monday about the Panthers very successful baseball season in 2019.

“Well I thought this year was a really promising year for us, we more than doubled our win total from last season, so that was really good to see,” Randol said. “Our season ended a little bit shorter than we had hoped, but it was still a great year and was a big stride from years previous.”

The Panthers finished the season 15-14.

Randol, a former Panorama athlete, is also a member of the Simpson College football team, and is entering his junior year as an offensive lineman in the program. Randol spoke of the preparation going into the 2019 season

“Well this year has been rather intense, not gonna lie,” Randol said “But, we’ve trained like no other team, I don’t think any other team is doing what we’re doing, but it’s setting us up for success.”

Simpson opens the season with a road trip to Bethel College in Arden Hills, Minnesota on September 7th.
