According to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy began investigating drug sales in the Bayard area on July 10th after three people were arrested on drug charges in the 100 block of Prairie Street. The deputy determined that 56-year-old Jeffrey John Herron of Bayard sold one-quarter of a gram of methamphetamine to one of the suspects.
