Thursday, August 15th

12:07am: A Traffic Stop Wilson and Central resulted in the arrest of Samantha Henderson, 26 of Jefferson for, “Driving While Revoked – Serious.”

3:16am: Tracie Burnett requested assistance from an officer in locating her juvenile niece, who had not returned home to Bagley. She had been told they may be in Jefferson. The officer did not locate the subject in town.

4:11am: Melissa Barrett advised her dog had gotten loose from 906 West State Street. An officer located the animal later in the shift and returned it to the owner.

9:31am: Dea Sandage reported her neighbor’s dog was loose in the 800 Block of West Adams Street. The officer’s determined the animal had broken its collar to get loose. They placed the animal in the residence, as no one was home.

10:32am: Craig Burbank reported a Speeding Careless Driver on Hwy. 4, heading south towards Jefferson. The officers did not locate the reported vehicle.

12:00pm: Ron Stevens requested an officer to speak to the upstairs tenants at 401 West Harrison Street about the children being extremely loud. Stevens was sick and could not rest with the noise. The officers spoke to the upstairs renters, who advised they would quiet down.

1:24pm: Nicole Borkowski requested officers at 505 North Grimmell road for an argument occurring there. The male half of the issue had left before the arrival of the officers.

1:45pm: Renee Schafer reported her vehicle window had been broken out overnight while parked in the 600 Block of North Locust Street. The officer estimated the damage at $300.00.

3:16pm: The GCMC ER requested officers to locate a male psych patient who left ER. The officers located the male subject in the 300 Block of North Cedar Street and coaxed him back to ER.

3:46pm: A Traffic Stop at South Elm and 250 th Street resulted in Jay Landolt of Perry being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

4:07pm: Wayne Taylor reported juveniles looking into windows on a vacant residence in the 600 Block of West Washington Street. The officer located them and was advised they had contacted the landlord about renting the property.

5:40pm: Charles Bartholow reported tree branches covering the Speed Limit Sign in the 100 Block of East Lincoln Way Street. The information was forwarded to Public Works.

11:47pm: A caller advised of a Barking Dog near Cedar and Olive Streets. The officer sat in the area for several minutes and did not hear the animal bark.
