Arrest: A female juvenile, age 16, of Adel, Iowa, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug, Controlled Substance Violation and Possession on Certain Property.

Accident: A vehicle driven by Olivia Rickert of Adel was traveling eastbound in the 800 block of Grove St. A vehicle driven by Danielle Culp of Adel turned, striking Rickert’s vehicle. Damages estimated at $7,000.00.

Arrest: Marina Nicole Quijas, age 19, 608 Willis Ave., Perry, Iowa, was arrested for Assault, 2 counts and Domestic Abuse Assault.

Theft: HIRTA of Urbandale, Iowa, reported a theft in the 300 block of Nile Kinnick Dr. S. Loss estimated at $26.00.

Accident: A vehicle driven by Marilyn Stine of Adel was traveling westbound in the 26000 block of Highway 6. A vehicle driven by Kathryn Oberembt of Osceola, Iowa was traveling southbound on R Ave, entered the highway striking Stine’s vehicle. Damages estimated at $16,000.00.

Theft: Cherrie Willems of Adel, reported a scam in the 1200 block of Evans View Dr. No loss occurred.

Accident: A vehicle driven by Mary Jo Freestone of Redfield, Iowa was parked in the 1600 block of Prairie St. A vehicle driven by Nadean Allen of Panora, Iowa was backing up and struck Freestone’s vehicle. Damages estimated at $520.00.

Theft: Casey’s General Store of Adel, reported a counterfeit bill in the 800 block of Greene St. Loss estimated at $10.00.
