The Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs Volleyball squad picked up another win on Tuesday night at home defeating the Newton Cardinals, three games to zero.

The Fillies made quick work of the Cardinals, winning the first game easily, 25-4.  The next two, were almost as lopsided in score.  DC-G won game two, 25-7, and game three, 25-10.

Head Coach, Cheryl Voelker’s team improved their record to 9-1 on the season.  DC-G Volleyball played in a tournament last Saturday in Grinnell, earning wins against Iowa Valley, Norwalk, Mount Pleasant, and Carlisle.  The Fillies dropped a match to West Liberty, two games to one.

DC-G Volleyball is off for the next several days, and returns to the court next Tuesday, on the road at Oskaloosa.
