Skylar Garbes, age 28 of 867 Maxwell St., Waterloo was arrested on warrants for speeding, failure to provide proof of financial liability, interference with official acts, driving under suspension, eluding, driving while barred, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.

Joshua Logan Stanley, age 23 of 912 Jefferson St., Redfield was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.

Shannon Doreen Hughes, age 41 of 1418 Locust St., Adel was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving under suspension.

Demarco Eugene Rumley, age 26 of 1134 23rd St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving under suspension.

Stephanie Ann Harlow, age 36 of 2762 NE Norwood Ln., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of contraband and a controlled substance in a correctional facility.
