Jessica Jordan of Winterset was traveling in the 35000 block of N Ave., when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.

Rachel Danley of Anderson, Indiana was traveling west near the 111 mile marker of Interstate 80 when the tractor trailer lost control on the ice covered bridge and jack knifed into the cable barriers. No injuries reported. Damage to the semi estimated at $5000.00 and $1000.00 to the cable barriers.

Russell Dispenza of Hoffman Estates, Illinois was traveling west near the 118 mile marker of Interstate 80 when he was switching lanes due to another accident and lost control on the ice covered bridge causing him to slide into the north ditch. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500 and $100.00 to the barbed wire fence.

Victor Epstein of Des Moines was traveling near the 112 mile marker of Interstate 80 when he lost control on the ice covered bridge and jack knifed into the north ditch. No injuries reported. Damage to the semi estimated at $1000.00.

John Schmidt of Sand Lake, Michigan was traveling near the 112 mile marker of Interstate 80 when he lost control on the ice covered bridge and jack knifed sliding into the cable barriers. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00.

Victor Ferman of Palatine , Illinois was traveling west near the 118 mile marker of Interstate 80 when he lost control on the ice covered bridge, sliding into the cable barriers on the south side of the road. Keith Huneycutt of Albermarle, North Carolina lost control also at the accident scene and slid into the cable barriers and Ferman’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Ferman’s vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and $5000.00 to Huneycutt’s.
