Jerome Jeremy Haynes, age 33 of 3118 Columbia St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft and public intoxication.

Sayde Steel Hein, age 19 of 1824 Estella, Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of failure to affix drug stamp.

Selvin Ivan Santos Ortez, age 25 of 2801 1st Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of fugitive from justice.

Brett Joseph Stoner, age 32 of 325 Thornton Ave., Des Moines was arrested at the 114 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and speeding.

Hollywood Rae Grabill, age 18 of 2644 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested at the 114 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Wygle of Ft. Dodge was stopped waiting to turn north onto N Ave., from the 141 off ramp when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Tara Stemsrud of Des Moines. No injuries reported. No damage to Stemsrud’s vehicle and $500.00 to Wygle’s.
