James Francis Neppel, age 68 of 822 Monterey, Carroll was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 141 for driving while license revoked.

Tony Wilson of Dallas Center was traveling in the 22000 block of T Ave., when his vehicle struck a horse. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4000.00.
