The Panorama basketball season finally gets underway this week.

The girl’s team was supposed to get started last week, but mother nature had other plans. The Panthers will host Woodwood-Granger Friday night for a boys-girls double header. Last season the girls found great success in their two matchups against the Hawks winning 48-29 and 44-23.

The boys did not have the same success. They fell in a season-opening shootout 75-72, then again 57-49 later on in the season. Both teams will open their season Friday evening in Panora.
