It’s non-conference high school basketball in Jefferson tonight as the Panorama Panthers visit the Greene County Rams in the middle school gym. Panorama’s girls are 7-2 with seven wins in a row while the Panthers are 6-3 on the boys’ side. Greene County has just one victory between the girls and boys with the girls at 0-8 and the boys at 1-7.

Panorama sophomore Payton Beckman averages just under 20 points per game while the entire Greene County team is averaging just 21 per contest. The Panthers score 57 per game on average.

Senior Malachi Peasley averages 15.7 points to lead the Panorama boys with senior Carter Morton Greene County’s leading scorer at 16.4 per contest.

Tonight’s twin bill will be broadcast on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com with coverage starting at 5:45 p.m. The girls begin at 6 p.m. with the boys to follow.
