The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will start with Human Resources items, including payroll change notices, a scanning contract with Advantage Archives, and a vendor contract for pay plan review. Much of the meeting will be spent in public hearings, with the first at 9:30 a.m. to consider bids for the Ortonville Lagoon demolition project. The second hearing will be at 10, on the vacation of a portion of County Road R-16. Two more public hearings were continued from the previous week, with discussion on disposal of County-owned Secondary Roads buildings at 10:30, and consideration of bids for the new courtroom at the courthouse project at 11.

The Board will then set time and date for public hearings on receiving and opening bids for the sale of the vacated Roads buildings, and to consider the bids received. Other items on the agenda include: a resolution on amended official depositories; an amended 28E agreement with Boone County for joint road maintenance; an ambulance remount request; bids for Board minute book restoration; and a contract for the renovation of 910 Court Street, as well as discussion on equipment and shelving for the building.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
