Summer Dawn Meier, age 40 of 36314 Tabor Rd., Van Meter was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Jackson Lee Norton, age 28 of 920 N Court St., Carroll was arrested for assault.
