A Celebration of Life Graveside service for David Bissell Jr., 61, of Massena, will be held at the Massena Center Cemetery in Massena on Monday, May 18th at 3 pm. Social distancing will be practiced. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from noon to 5 pm at the Steen Funeral Home in Massena. Social distancing will be observed.
