Dallas County has added five new confirmed cases of COVID-19 as Iowa has 238 new positive tests and 16 additional COVID-19 associated deaths Wednesday.

Dallas County now has a total of 800 positive cases with 11 deaths, and 390 that have recovered. Guthrie County remains at 40 cases with four deaths and 26 recoveries, and Adair County has six confirmed cases with two recovered and no deaths, according to the two counties’ dashboard. Greene County’s numbers are also stagnant with 13 positive cases and all of them have recovered, according to the state dashboard. Statewide, there are now 15,534 individuals that have tested positive for COVID-19, with 8,260 that have recovered and 383 deaths.
