The budget amendment included an increase in the instruction area from about $7.85 million to $8.1 million for increased instruction expenses, and an increase in the total support services area from about $3.37 million to $3.45 million in increased support services expenses.

In other business, the Board approved the list of high school graduates, compensation for non-master contract employees which shows a 1.4 percent increase, and for certified staff which gives a $700 increase. They also approved a temporary workspace permit for Northern Natural Gas, an engagement letter for bond counsel from Ahlers & Cooney, P.C. for refinancing Secure an Advanced Vision for Education bonds, and sharing agreements with the Panorama School District for business official Symantha Crawford and with the Earlham School District for a middle school art instructor.
