During Memorial Day weekend, Greene County and surrounding residents are invited to a series of live music on the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower in Jefferson.

The Bell Tower Community Foundation has organized several musicians to perform Tower Tunes Live, with the concerts to be from 12:15-12:30pm Saturday-Monday. Jefferson resident Wendy VanderLinden will play Saturday, Rippey resident Yvette Bardole will be on Sunday and Jefferson resident Rick Morain is slated for Monday. If you can’t be there in person, the concerts will be offered on Facebook Live. 

At this time, the bell tower is not open to the public for tours due to COVID-19, but music will continue to play. The bells chime each hour with the Westminster Chimes and various musical selections will be played after each hour. The Tower Tunes Live is a free event for everyone to enjoy.
