The West Central Valley School Board discussed moving forward on developing a funding plan to conduct a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning study for the District.

The Baker Group contractor presented an engineering report to the Board at their February meeting and proposed doing an HVAC study. No action was taken since that meeting, so Co-Superintendent Anthony Lohse brought the topic up for discussion, which the Board was in favor of pursuing. The Board also discussed sending a survey out to parents regarding COVID-19 and how the District has handled the situation, and Lohse said he would be sending something out to families after the school year ends this week. Business Manager Symantha Crawford also floated the possibility of a special meeting being scheduled in the next week about the HVAC study and other items.
