Brooke Hickey was able to hit her second home run in consecutive nights for her third overall on the season.This hit helped the ADM Tigers win the game 7-0 against a good team in Knoxville to move to 5-2 on the year. Hickey was able to get the big hit in the fifth inning, also adding a double and 3 RBIs on the night as well. The ADM team was up two after four, but put up big innings with two in the fifth and three in the sixth to pull away to get their third consecutive victory.

They got a huge start from freshman from Aliya Yanga, who was able to get fourteen strikeouts on the night to get the win for the Tigers, while only giving up a couple of hits in her best start of the season thus far. Her fastball was in full effect all night long as Knoxville hitters were unable to figure out her pitches and pace.

For ADM, they will get the weekend off before they get on the diamond on Monday when rival Winterset comes to town.
