The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will begin with consideration of the 29th pay application from the Samuels Group for the new law enforcement center, as well as an update on the construction. That will be followed by continued discussion and possible action on a wetland development project in Washington Township, which was first brought up last week. Next, the Board will consider purchase requests from the County Secondary Roads Department for an excavator and trailer, and will also get an update on current road projects.

At 9:30 a.m. there will be a public hearing on a cost advisory services contract, and a second public hearing will be held at 10 to consider the final plat of the Deer Haven development. Other items on the agenda include: the abatement of real estate taxes; the second pay application from CL Carroll and Company for the Ortonville Lagoon demolition project; and discussion on the public comment period for the draft of the North Raccoon Watershed plan. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
