Dallas and Guthrie counties see new cases of COVID-19 Monday.

According to the state dashboard as of Monday, nine new cases of the virus were added to Dallas County for a total of 1,411. They also have 1,080 individuals that have recovered and 31 deaths. According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard, Guthrie County had three new cases for a total of 79, with 61 recoveries and four deaths. As for Greene County, there still are 31 cases, with 25 recoveries and no deaths. Adair County remained the same Monday with 17 cases, 12 recoveries and no deaths.

Statewide, there were 496 new cases Monday for a total of 35,502, with 26,605 recoveries and 753 deaths. Of the 377,608 people that have been tested, 340,946 were negative. 

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 54 hospitalized patients, with 13 in Intensive Care Units, and 12 admitted in the last 24 hours.
