The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will start with consideration of an addendum to the confidentiality and data use agreement with Wellmark. Following that, the Board will consider the third pay application for the new courtroom project at the courthouse, as well as discuss court space planning and consulting. At 9:30 a.m. there will be a public hearing to discuss a phone line easement along the Raccoon River Valley Trail with Qwest Corporation. A second hearing will be held at 10 a.m., this one on a rezone request for Dale and Nancy Boston. Other items on the agenda include: a service contract with Finestead Enterprises for fiscal year 2021; an operating transfer; and a solar shade installation for the building at 818 Court Street in Adel. The meeting will conclude with a possible closed session to discuss confidential records.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
