The Stuart City Council will consider a site plan approval for Karl Chevrolet at their meeting Monday.

The Council will also consider the eighth pay estimate for the All Saints Addition, a final pay estimate for the Southwest 3rd Street storm sewer extension, and discuss a project schedule for the sanitary sewer system improvements project. Next, the Council will discuss grant applications, new business/tax increment financing proposals, and a new child care center. Finally, the Council will go into a possible closed session to discuss Economic Development Director Kristen Renslow’s performance, and hold a discussion regarding their city attorney.
