It’s now survive and advance time for the AC/GC softball team.

The Chargers will take on a familiar foe in Woodward Granger this evening. The Hawks are the only team AC/GC has played more than once during this abbreviated regular season. Woodward Granger won in comeback fashion in the season opener 5-4. AC/GC was able to get revenge later on in the season by taking down the Hawks 7-4 in Guthrie Center. The Chargers have gotten plenty of rest as they have not competed since last Tuesday while Woodward Granger had another two games last week to conclude their regular season.

The winner of tonights contest will earn a game against the winner of Nodaway Valley and Mount Ayr, which will be played Friday evening. You can listen to tonights game on the Raccoon Valley Radio Sports Network on K107.9 FM with pregame coverage to start at 6:45 p.m.
