Following a 7-5 win for the Dallas Center-Grimes Softball team over the 3rd seeded Fairfield Trojans gave another notch in the victory column for Hall of Fame Head Coach, Steve Schlafke.

A win for Lani Gannon inside the circle, with a save for Riley Hall as she made her appearance in the 6th inning.  Gannon and Hall each escaped multiple jams, as Fairfield stranded nine runners in scoring position.
