Guthrie County had the biggest jump in positive COVID-19 cases throughout the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area Tuesday. 

According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard as of Tuesday, Guthrie County had seven new cases for a total of 122, with 71 recoveries and five deaths. Adair County had 20 positive cases with 15 recoveries and no deaths. Additionally, the state dashboard showed three new cases for Dallas County Tuesday for a total of 1,677. They also have 1,180 individuals that have recovered and 34 deaths. Greene County remained the same on Tuesday with 37 cases, 29 recoveries, and zero deaths. 

Statewide, there were 238 new cases Tuesday for a total of 42,778, with 30,611 recoveries and 839 deaths. Of the 459,228 people that have been tested, 414,659 were negative.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 87 hospitalized patients, with 21 in Intensive Care Units, and 10 admitted in the last 24 hours.
