Michael Dean Sobotka, of Van Meter, passed away suddenly Tuesday, July 28, 2020. A visitation will be held Monday, August 3, 2020 with family receiving friends from 1:00-4:00 pm at Zachary Williams Jensen Fieldhouse, 1010 Dickinson Ave., Ames, Iowa. A funeral service will be held at the fieldhouse starting at 4:00 pm. A celebration of life will be held at the fieldhouse following the funeral service.
